NNSAA scientists are working to improve the quality of milk

The Scientists of the Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy implemented an innovative project Basic paratypic and genetic factors that form the quality of raw milk in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The purpose of the project is the study of the influence of various paratypic and genetic factors on the composition and properties of raw milk, as well as scientific rationale and practical implementation of innovative approaches to technology detox of raw milk to ensure the specified quality and safety of dairy products in the region in accordance with the requirements of European standards.
